I found staff very approachable compared to other high volume dealerships. I am buying remote so this made a huge difference in my decision. They were able to understand my situation and make it work. Everything is not done yet, so looking forward to smooth completion.

It all started with a Happy Birthday from are salesman Matt Muchnok. He and John Mitsos put together a deal for me on a 2026 Tacoma Off Road that i promise you no other dealer in the area would ever do. Matt is a excellent salesman and with John really made me feel like they wanted my business in the best way possible. Then when in with business manager Matthew Hilty he was able with effort on his end to find me a incredible low low rate. What a deal what a team Matt, John, and Matt rocked.

All went well with ordering a RAV4. Just had to wait for it, but I got the one I wanted. Was kept informed of the progress and it came in right when it was expected. I appreciated the communication. Pickup was smooth. I would definitely recommend Diehl Toyota.

This was the first time we purchased from Diehl Toyota. We knew what we wanted and how much we wanted to pay. We also knew what our trade was worth. This dealership went above and beyond to get our business. They had what we wanted at our price and gave us top dollar for our trade. Jeff (our sales person) was so easy to work with and went out of his way to get us the deal we wanted and answer any questions. He knew the product. BTW we purchased the C-HR EV. We came from a plug -in to a full EV experience. Also John Tew made the financing process seamless. I would definitely recommend this dealership if you want a great deal with no pressure.

From start to finish, James (salesman) and John (manager) were fantastic guys to work with. Their communication was excellent, and they worked with me when I called at the last minute so I could test drive a vehicle, while I was already down in Butler (since I live a little over an hour away). They also were very flexible and stayed a little later one evening on the day my vehicle was delivered so that I didn’t have to wait until the weekend to be able to drive it home. They were both so pleasant and kind. I would recommend them to anyone, and would absolutely do business with them again in the future.

Cornell was exceptional in helping us select the 2027 Hybrid Prius and its various options. There was no high pressure, which made us very comfortable. Other staff members were very cordial. We were comfortable with the price. Now we just have to wait until the Prius is allotted a delivery date.

Best experienced i ever had, it was so smooth I was in and out with in 2 hours. Jack seibel was so good. He made it so easy for me. If I could I make him employee of the month for August, and it was my birthday the day (August 18) my brother needs a car also. Going to see if he like to go this Saturday August 22, I would like jack to sell him it.

Jeff was very helpful in getting the car we wanted. He was immediately on the lookout for our choice and was quick to notify us of the availability
